What to Expect:
Guided Mindfulness: As a Breath-work advocate, we begin each session with guided mindfulness practices to center yourself and create space for authentic expression, this includes some gentle breathing, which will enhance relaxation, focus, and connection during the photo session.
Mindful Poses: Engage in mindful poses that allow your true self to shine, practicing compassion with our bodies, patience with ourselves and being in the present moment, becoming aware of all the feelings coming through.
Artistic Vision: Benefit from a photographer who understands the delicate balance between technique and the art of being present, resulting in captivating images that tell your unique story.
Sessions are about 2 hours. I don’t rush the process.
$500 session - this includes 10-15 final images, 5x7 prints /digital images. Delivered as a keepsake.
