Policy:

We understand that life happens and things can change, so we want to be as clear as we can about our workshop terms and condition - Here we go!

GENERAL POLICIES at Studio Soir: If you can no longer make a class for whatever reason, or you forget to attend, unfortunately, because we have held this spot for you, purchased materials and have turned others away we cannot issue credits or a refund if you are not able to make it.

Please set a reminder and double-check workshop dates + times here through our website. We do not send reminder emails.

Being a supporter of small businesses, I hope you can understand, All purchases are final.

However, we encourage you to send a friend along to take your spot, gift someone your spot and make their day better.

It is possible we may be able to give you the materials to complete at home and you may do it on your own. Please email us at soirphotography@gmail.com to check first.

Your seat is secured once we receive full payment so make sure to type in your email address carefully and look out for a confirmation email.
If you didn't receive a confirmation email shortly after your payment, check your junk mail.

Cancellation by us:There may be circumstances in which we need to cancel the Workshop. In such circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund of the amount of the Workshop Fee that you have paid to us (including booking fee) and we will make every effort to provide you with such refund within 30 days of the date of cancellation OR apply it to future Workshop.

Photography/Filming: We may wish to photograph or film the Workshop and reserve the right to do so for the purposes of promoting future workshops or otherwise. You consent to us (or any other person attending the Workshop) photographing or filming you and any persons attending the Workshop with you.

Disability, medical conditions and dietary requirements: If you have any disability, medical condition or dietary requirements that requires us to make special arrangements for you, please add this information into the notes section at the time of booking to see how we can best accommodate you.
